Fennel seed infusion: 2 teaspoon of seeds infuse per 1 glass of boiling water, let steep at least 20 minutes and filter it. You should take 1/3 cup of infusion thrice in a day during 2 days. You can eat some ground seeds or take lump of sugar with 10-15 drops dill oil on it.
It would be good take nettle, peppermint, lemon balm decoctions or infusions. To prepare it you should take 1-2 tablespoon of medicative herb per 1 glass of boiled water (daily dose).
You should use burdock root as an infusion (1 tablespoon of ground roots per half a liter of water. Mixture boils for 10 minutes). The dose of infusion is half a cup 4 times a day.
You should use valerian tincture or thyme as an antipruritic and sedative remedy. Use 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup of boil water. Take this infusion 3 times a day.
Folk medicine for external use
Sore point with itching you should to rub in almond oil or lemon balm. If you suffer from an itchy scalp, you should rub alcoholate nettle with your fingertips.
