Diets Food

Suppose that you eat everything. After each step give yourself 2-4 weeks to get used to a new lifestyle. Then follow the next step.

Follow this steps

  1. Discard any pills, ointments and injections
  2. Discard any meat in any form. Fish and shrimp are also meat, give them up.
  3. Refuse any dairy products. Milk, cheese, cottage, yogurt etc.
  4. Discard any beverages, except distilled water and freshly squeezed juices.
  5. Spend a dry fasting 3 days, 3 days fasting with distilled water with output on juices.
  6. Give up any food except raw fresh fruits and vegetables.
  7. Don’t eat right after you wake up.
  8. Don’t eat after 4 PM.
