An application below helps doctors and people suffering from psoriasis to evaluate their PASI (Psoriasis Area Severity Index) score. This index combines the percentage ratio of body area involved and intensity of lesion’s main features: erythema or redness, induration or thickness and desquamation or scaling.
Simply tick off the item corresponding to the percentage of skin involved and to the severity of psoriasis lesions for each of four body’s section: head&neck, upper extremities, trunk and lower extremities. The severity of lesions should be specified on a scale from 0 to 4. All parameters of four above mentioned body sections are binding to specify.
In order to include your name and date of birth in the printed report, please specify this info in the optional fields.
Please indicate all mandatory parameters in order to enable report printing. Otherwise the “not complete” message will be shown in red next to PASI score and printing will be denied.
Phototherapy works better than anything else for me. I’m 67 and have had psoriasis since I was 12.
